We are excited to announce Alameda CrossFit is OPEN! When you are ready to reactivate your CrossFit membership, please contact us through our Alameda CrossFit web page. No accounts will be charged until we hear from you.

We are excited to announce that Camp Bladium is OPEN! Camps will look quite a bit different, but we are committed to providing your child(ren) with safe, active play and interaction with their peers. There will be many changes this summer and a strict regime of cleaning and social distancing. We will give you more information on the specifics before your camper’s camp.

Any other questions or concerns regarding our camp programs, please email AlamedaCamps@Bladium.com.

Here are a few of the changes that will directly impact you and your camper:

  • Camp hours are reduced to 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Per state guidelines, one coach will lead your child’s small group the duration of the week. This means a maximum of 8 hrs/day and 40 hrs/week for that coach.
  • Campers will be required to bring a mask to camp and wear it most of the day.
  • Campers will be dropped off and picked up via curbside check-in and check out. Please have the name of the camper(s) and who will be picking them up written on a piece of paper ready when you pull up.
  • Campers must bring their own lunch, snacks*, and a water bottle. Water fountains will be closed. Only the water bottle filling stations will be open. All campers must carry all lunches, snacks, water bottles, and any other personal items in a backpack. *Please note we are a nut-free facility.
  • Activities will shift to accommodate safety and social distancing. Expect more fun academic work, arts & crafts, reading activities, and fewer contact sports and physical activity as you have seen in past Camp Bladium summers.

We will give you more information on the specifics before your camper’s camp.

We are so excited to announce our Lil’ Kickers Fall 2020 season will start October 3rd. Players who registered for the previous Spring season will have the option to apply those credits to the upcoming Fall season. As we bring back our Lil’ Kickers’ award-winning child development program, we will be following all of our local county and state health and safety protocols.  We thank you, in advance, for your patience and understanding of the changing nature of the situation and will try to keep you up to date on the most current information we have as we move forward.

ADDED COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS & PROTOCOLS

  • The curriculum has been modified to allow for social distancing and less contact with equipment and coaches.
  • We will continue to follow and modify our precautions and protocols based on guidance from local county and state agencies.
  • We are scheduling 50% fewer classes and reducing class sizes to ensure sufficient social distancing.
  • All equipment and surfaces will be disinfected multiple times throughout the day.
  • All players are required to bring their own soccer ball to class (any color, material, or style is fine).
  • Balls can be purchased at local sports stores or online at Target.com or Amazon.com.
    • Lil’ Kickers: size 3 soccer ball
    • Skills Institute: size 4 soccer ball
  • All classes will be held outdoors when possible (weather and air quality permitting).
  • All Bladium employees, parents and players will be in masks and have temperature checks upon arrival.
  • For all classes, the parents will check in at the door, complete a quick COVID-19 questionnaire and temperature check and then walk their child to the field.
  • Parents are not allowed to remain in the building or on the field during class time. Parents can return to the field to check out their child at the conclusion of class.
  • Should we have a disruption in our season due to COVID-19, all classes will go on pause and resume again when it is safe to do so.
  • No make up classes are offered at this time due to COVID-19 guidelines.
  • Initially, no Free Trials will be offered.

We know your kids are probably bouncing off the walls right now. So we’ve created a weekly video series aimed at helping kids stay active, burn off some energy, and keep up their skills. The videos feature staff teaching an age-appropriate skill-building activity that kids can do at home, as well as a fun non-soccer activity and a Q&A session hosted by Kicker. To submit a question for Kicker, tag us on social media at #LKatHomeFun. Click here to visit our Facebook page featuring links to Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute At Home Fun.

It is our intention to complete the seasons of the Adult Soccer Leagues that were disrupted due to these closures. We will do our best to communicate to each of our communities about what the schedule will look like through direct communications as well as updates on our websites.  Once we are back open and operating, we will assess the process for refunds and credits based on our ability to reschedule programs that were missed.  We thank you, in advance, for your patience and understanding of the changing nature of the situation and will try to keep you up to date on the most current information we have as we move forward.
