Dear Bladium Birthday Hosts,

I would like to take a moment to clarify the status of our birthday parties during the shelter at home. Unfortunately, any birthday parties scheduled between now and April 30, 2020 will be postponed. Any families that have signed up and paid for a birthday party will receive a full refund, a credit to reschedule their party, or a credit to use for any other Bladium programs.

Since we are completely shut down all credits and refunds will be processed once we’re able to resume normal operations. Any other questions or concerns regarding our birthday parties will be handled once we reopen.

I understand the toll COVID-19 and the shelter at home is taking on everyone. I hope this helps address any confusion regarding our camp programs.
We are all in this together. We miss seeing you and can’t wait to open our doors again. Our Bladium community is strong and we will get through this together.

Thank you for your continued support!

Sincerely,

Kelsey McKeon

Dear Bladium Fitness Members,

I would like to take a moment to clarify the status of your fitness membership account during the shelter at home. Our billing cycle closes on the 1st of each month and automatic billing occurs on the 15th. On March 18th, the County Health Officer ordered all gyms to close. Up until 3/18/20, we had every intention of remaining open under the guidelines of the county and CDC.  Upon closing, we immediately froze all fitness memberships.

Once we’re able to resume normal operations, all fitness memberships will thaw and billing will not resume until 30 days from the day we open. Any other questions or concerns regarding your membership will be handled once we reopen.

I understand the toll COVID-19 and the shelter at home is taking on everyone.  I hope this helps address any confusion regarding your fitness membership.

We are all in this together. We miss seeing you and can’t wait to open our doors again. Our Bladium community is strong and we will get through this together. Thank you for your continued support!

We are grateful we can offer stay at home fitness classes thanks to our partnership with Les Mills. This platform offers 95 free workouts across 8 categories and will be available as long as the disruption from COVID-19 continues. https://watch.lesmillsondemand.com/at-home-workouts
