LIVE OUTDOOR GROUP X CLASSES
ARE STARTING AUGUST 6, 2020
Members can now register for classes online!

We are excited to announce our LIVE OUTDOOR GROUP X CLASSES are starting on Thursday, August 6, 2020!  During this temporary Covid-19 timeframe we will be switching to a pay-per-class model.  Classes will be on a pay-per-class basis ($15/class) and existing members can register and pay for classes using our new online class registration website at https://myclublogin.bladium.com (see instructions below).

All current fitness membership billing will remain FROZEN at this time and members will not be billed.

This will be a temporary solution for our existing members to access the best instructors and classes Bladium has to offer while following the COVID-19 guidelines set forth by our county and state health agencies. Child care will remain closed during our fitness classes.

HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE FOR GROUP X CLASSES 

  1. Go to our NEW online class registration website at https://myclublogin.bladium.com.
  2. Your Username and your temporary Password are the same numbers as your Bladium key fob (the little plastic card you use to check-in).  Once logged in you will be prompted to change your password.  You may also change your username if you wish.
  3. From the My Activities on the left menu, click the Class Schedule button.
  4. Select the Day or Week you wish to reserve a class for a list of available classes.  You can refine your search by selecting GX Classes under the Category Search bar.
  5. Select the class you wish to reserve. You can reserve a class for up to 5 days in advance.
  6. Click on Sign Up and then Continue (you can enter and save a credit card for payment)Once payment has been processed, you will get a pop-up window confirming your registration.
  7. A confirmation email will also be sent.
  8. Canceling your reservation can be done by selecting the class you enrolled in, and click Unenroll.

We will be taking it week by week as we enter uncharted territory. We appreciate your support, patience, and feedback as we slowly open back up.

Amelia holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus in Sports Medicine. She is an ACE Personal Trainer and AFAA Group Exercise Instructor. Amelia has more than 20 years of teaching and “living” fitness.

Members must register online to reserve a spot in a class.  Classes gym will be capped at 12 participants (per county guidelines). If you do not sign up in advance, you will not be allowed to participate.

Online Registration opens up 5 Days prior to any class start time. 

If the class is full, you can still register and go on standby. If someone cancels their reservation, we will email you to register you for the class.

  • Cancellations must be made online by the member.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the class time will be refunded less a 10% Cancellation Fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the class time will not be refunded.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class for check-in, temperature check, and quick health questionnaire, related to COVID-19.
  • Late arrivals will not be admitted to class and will not be refunded.
  • Classes are $15 per class.
  • Members must sign up online to reserve a spot in a class. Classes will be capped at 12 participants (per county guidelines). If you do not sign up in advance, you will not be allowed to participate.
  • If a class is full, please join the waitlist. Waitlisters will be contacted directly if and when a spot becomes available. Waitlisters will NOT be charged until they are registered.
  • All classes will be on the outdoor multi-use area and soccer field to ensure plenty of spacing, ventilation, and to ensure proper social distancing.
  • Class schedules may change from week to week based on demand.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class for check-in, temperature check, and quick health questionnaire, related to COVID-19. Late arrivals will not be admitted to class.
  • Members must enter directly through the outdoor multi-use area (to the left of the main fitness entrance).
  • The indoor gym and all other fitness areas will be off-limits, except for restroom use and equipment storage. Due to safety and health measures, locker rooms and showers will not be available.
  • Restrooms will be available downstairs next to the downstairs gym. Please maintain social distancing while using the restrooms.
  • Designated workout “zones” will be created for members to workout during class that will allow ample distance between class participants.
  • For the health and safety of all members, class participants are required to clean their fitness equipment before and after each use. 
  • The class equipment storage area will be supplied with a sanitation caddy that will include a hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray bottles, paper towels, and other supplies designated to clean equipment.
  • No sharing of equipment during class.
  • Masks are mandatory outside of the designated workout zones.
  • Masks are optional during workouts.
  • Employees not teaching classes will be wearing masks and there will be no person to person contact between instructors or members during classes.
  • Employees and members will have their temperatures taken when they arrive each day.  All members will be required to answer a quick health questionnaire related to COVID-19.
  • All locker rooms, showers, steam rooms, and saunas will remain closed.
  • While restrooms will be open, water fountains are off-limits. Members are responsible for bringing their own water bottles.
  • No drop-ins or guests will be allowed.

ACCOUNT, BILLING, & PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. Go to our NEW online account management website at https://myclublogin.bladium.com.
  2. Click on My Account in the left menu – then Manage Payment Methods – Click Edit next to the payment method on file. 
  3. Edit the payment information, and sign and agree at the bottom, then click Save Change.
  4. Any outstanding balances can be paid by selecting Pay Balance under My Account.
  5. You can also update your personal information by clicking on the Manage Profile link under My Account.
