In a Strength Training class, members can expect to use a variety of different equipment, which will contribute to their workout where they will build strength, get lean and toned, and develop coordination and balance. Strength Training classes also contribute to improving bone density, promoting fat-free body mass, and increasing the strength of connective tissue, muscles, and tendons.

Cycling is a heart-pumping workout that takes you on a stationary but sweaty ride of your life. Enjoy the authentic experience of cycling indoors where you will improve your cardio health, build lean and defined legs, train your core, and enhance your mental strength.

Mind and Body classes use breathing, focus, and simple movements to help increase flexibility, strength and reduce stress. Exercises like yoga and barre can help decrease pain, discomfort, anxiety, all while enhancing the quality of sleep, strengthen the immune system, and an increased sense of control and well-being.

Get ready to add HIIT workouts to your life and take your fitness to the next level. You’ll be addicted to the results. These HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.


Follow the SMART START Six Week Fitness Schedule as a guide to gradually increasing your workout times. Just let the Instructor know that you are on the SMART START schedule and will be leaving class early. Get your Smart Star schedule from your Membership Coordinator or ask your Fitness Instructor for more info.



The Les Mills Virtual Studios is an On-Demand system available in the Mind Body Studio and Cycle Studio where members can access a variety of classes using the digital kiosk including THE TRIP, a virtual reality cycle adventure. Drop-in for a Virtual Studio class today! Classes are available daily on a first-come basis, during club hours. Members have full access to the virtual library. Please see the Front Desk for assistance with the kiosk or studio availability.
