SKILLS INSTITUTE FALL SEASON STARTS OCTOBER 3, 2020
We’re ready when you are! Registration now open.

We are so excited to announce our Skills Institute Fall 2020 season will start October 3rd. Players who registered for the previous Spring season will have the option to apply those credits to the upcoming Fall season.

As we bring back our Skills Institute soccer program, we will be following all of our local county and state health and safety protocols.  We thank you, in advance, for your patience and understanding of the changing nature of the situation and will try to keep you up to date on the most current information we have as we move forward.

Have credits from the Spring Season? Contact us to apply your Spring credits to your Fall season registration.

Due to an abundance of caution, we are limiting our Fall classes to children ages 5-12 years old. If your child doesn’t fall into this age group and you still have a credit from the Spring 2020 season, it will remain on your account and can be used for any future sessions. Your credits will not expire.

Important COVID-19 UPDATES

LEVEL I

Ages 5/6, 7/8, 9-12
8:1 CHILD-TO-COACH RATIO
Classes focus on the fundamentals of player development: dribbling, passing, shooting, trapping and how to use them effectively in a game. Level I will take players through weekly sessions of fundamental skill building and competitive drills/games to build confidence and competence.

LEVEL II

Ages 5/6, 7/8, 9-12
BY RECOMMENDATION ONLY
8:1 CHILD-TO-COACH RATIO

Players well-suited for this class have level I or prior club experience. Classes focus on refining individual technique, positioning, strategy, speed and agility. Two things come together here; honing personal strengths and understanding how to use them to enhance team play. Coaches guide players towards mastering fundamentals, understanding correct field positioning and developing a strong Soccer IQ.  A strong focus will be placed on the development of technical skills that make the games more fun.

LEVEL III

Ages 7/8, 9/10 & 11/12
SkillsLevel-III
BY RECOMMENDATION ONLY
8:1 CHILD-TO-COACH RATIO

Level III is our new program most similar to our previous BISA program.  In this program, you will find your place on the field. Whether you prefer a single position or want versatility, this challenging 50-minute class focuses on position-specific training. Players learn tactical insight and systems of play while building speed and agility. They will master fundamentals, position responsibilities, tactical approaches, and attacking/defending skills.

Level III is for players who have completed Skills Institute I and II and / or are current club level soccer players.  If you have not completed Skills Institute level I and II, you will be evaluated by a coach and recommended to join level III.
