Child care will remain closed during our CrossFit reopening. Children are not allowed in the CrossFit area (indoor or outdoor) during class or open gym hours. It is our hope to resume childcare soon. When reactivating your CrossFit account, you will not be charged for any children under your account.

The indoor areas of the club will be off-limits, except for restroom use. Phase 1 of Outdoor CrossFit Area hours are as follows, but are subject to change.

CROSSFIT MEMBER INFORMATION

  • Class schedules may change from week to week based on demand.
  • All classes and open gym will be on the outdoor CrossFit area or soccer field to ensure plenty of spacing, ventilation, and to ensure proper social distancing.
  • CrossFit open gym is only permitted during designated open gym hours, not during regular class.
  • Members must sign up online to reserve a spot in a class or during the open gym. Classes and open gym will be capped at 10 participants (per county guidelines). If you do not sign up in advance, you will not be allowed to participate.
  • Members MUST enter directly through the CrossFit area and check-in at the CrossFit desk.
  • The indoor CrossFit area and all other fitness areas will be off-limits, except for restroom use.
  • Due to safety and health measures, locker rooms and showers will not be available.
  • Restrooms will be available upstairs above the Sports Bar & Cafe. Please maintain social distancing while using the restrooms.

SANITATION AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

  • Designated workout “zones” will be created for members to workout during class that will allow ample distance between class participants.
  • Each zone will be equipped with a sanitation caddy that will include a spray bottle, clips, whiteboard, and other small items designated to each individual zone to limit unnecessary or excessive traffic and/or handling of equipment.
  • No sharing of equipment.
  • Members are to wear masks any time they are outside of their designated workout zone.
  • Masks are optional during workouts.
  • Employees not teaching classes will be wearing masks and there will be no person to person contact between coaches or members during classes.
  • Employees and members will have their temperatures taken when they arrive each day.
  • All locker rooms, showers, steam rooms, and saunas will remain closed.
  • Members will be responsible for cleaning any used equipment, and staff will circulate through high traffic areas to sanitize the club.
  • The sports entrance will remain closed. The fitness entrance will only be used by summer camps during the week and closed during the weekends.
  • While restrooms will be open, water fountains are off-limits. Members are responsible for bringing their own water bottles.
  • Members must bring their own jump rope and/or mat for group classes (if you chose to use one).
  • No drop-ins or guests will be allowed.
  • We reserve the right to limit people in any area of the club if it becomes too busy.

We will be taking it week by week as we enter uncharted territory. We appreciate your support, patience, and feedback as we slowly open back up. Members must register online to reserve a spot in a class or during the open gym. Classes and open gym will be capped at 10 participants (per county guidelines). If you do not sign up in advance, you will not be allowed to participate.

Online Registration opens up 24 hours prior to any class or open gym start time. Any cancellations must be made online at least 2 hours in advance of the start of class.

If the class is full, you can still register and go on standby. If someone cancels their reservation, the first person on standby will be automatically registered. However, there is no auto email to let you know you’ve been registered. If you are on standby, you must check the roster prior to class to see if you were automatically registered. 

HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE FOR CROSSFIT CLASSES & OPEN GYM TIMES

  1. Go to our NEW online class registration website at https://myclublogin.bladium.com
  2. Your Username and your temporary Password are the same numbers as your Bladium key fob (the little plastic card you use to check-in).  Once logged in you will be prompted to change your password.  You may also change your username if you wish.
  3. From the My Activities on the left menu, click the Class Schedule button.
  4. Select the Day or Week you wish to reserve a class for a list of available classes.
  5. Select the class you wish to reserve – Remember you can only reserve a class 24 hours in advance
  6. Click on Sign Up and then Continue – You will get a Pop-Up window confirming your registration.
  7. A confirmation email will also be sent.
  8. Canceling your reservation can be done by selecting the class you enrolled in, and click Unenroll

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT, BILLING, & PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. Go to our NEW online account management website at https://myclublogin.bladium.com
  2. Click on My Account in the left menu – then Manage Payment Methods – Click Edit next to the payment method on file. 
  3. Edit the payment information, and sign and agree at the bottom, then click Save Change
  4. Any outstanding balances can be paid by selecting Pay Balance under My Account
  5. You can also update your personal information by clicking on the Manage Profile link under My Account

The COVID-19 pandemic has and will continue to have a significant adverse impact on nearly every business, and has especially impacted the health and fitness industry. This has necessitated businesses to reevaluate their business model and adjust to ensure that it can survive this pandemic and thrive in the future.  Bladium and ACF is no exception.  After careful consideration and detailed analysis, we have decided that we need to revise our membership pricing and structure.

Over the years that ACF has been operating, there has been a variety of different ACF membership pricing, promotions, and discounts that members were receiving. To ensure the continued viability of ACF, we have made the difficult (but necessary) decision to revise all of our ACF membership pricing. Below are the revised pricing structures.

REACTIVATED ACF MEMBERSHIPS
For ACF members who have already reactivated, Bladium will be honoring all current pricing through September 14, 2020.  Starting September 15, 2020, all reactivated memberships will be transitioned to the revised pricing below. This pricing still offers a small discount compared to the new membership pricing.*

  • $165/month for an individual membership
  • $140/month for each additional add-on membership

FROZEN ACF MEMBERSHIPS
Members who HAVE NOT reactivated will remain FROZEN. Any members who reactivate between now and 09/14/20, we will honor your existing rate, after which you will be transitioned to the revised pricing above.*

NEW ACF MEMBERSHIPS
All new memberships will get the pricing below.*

  • $175/mo for an individual membership
  • $150/mo for each additional add-on membership

*All memberships will be month-to-month and include a fitness membership.
