NEW TO CROSSFIT
With less than 3 months of experience*
Members new to Crossfit are required to go through a 3 session On-Ramp course. In these 3 1-hour private sessions with an experienced coach, you will learn the proper technique for all of the basic CrossFit movements including bodyweight, barbell, kettlebell, and gymnastics exercises. Once enrolled, we will reach out to schedule your On-Ramp course. Your CrossFit membership includes FULL club membership and access to all fitness amenities.
$200/one time On-Ramp course fee + $175/month + $29/down

Optional monthly Locker Rental is also available.
