Team Fee Payment Policy

• Team Captain name, email address, and phone number
• $250 Team Fee Deposit must be paid to be placed on the League Schedule
• 50% of Total Team fee must be paid by 1st Game
• Balance of Team Fees must be paid before 3rd Game
Late Fee Policy & Charges
• $50 Late Fee per game will be assessed after 3rd Game
• Games will be played but recorded as a Forfeit after 3rd Game Team
  will not be allowed on Field after 4th game until all Fees are paid in full.

Youth Game Schedule

Youth Coaches should inform the Soccer Director of any tournaments or scheduling conflicts they may have during the indoor season so Bladium can plan accordingly.

Free Agents Welcome

Bladium's Soccer Academy is an excellent soccer training program for your child. Bladium's Soccer Academy organizes teams to play in our competitive Club Leagues. Please click here for more information.

Game Format & Rules:
• All players must check-in at Front Desk prior to playing
• 8 games per season, plus playoffs
• Game are two 20-minute periods
• Games are “running” time. “Stop” time if within 5 goals in last 1 minute of game.
• Games are announced with individual and team stats provided
• 7 players on field per team indoor leagues
• Co-Ed = 8 players per team
• Team roster is limited to 16 active players
• Players can be added via Front Desk through week 6
• Rosters freeze on week 7
• Modified MISL/USSF Soccer Rules are followed
• Referees are certified by US Indoor Soccer

Player Requirements:
• Must be active Bladium Youth Soccer Member • 
• Proof of age, if necessary (Copy of CYSA, US Soccer ID card or birth certificate)
• Must have completed Membership Registration & Waiver Form
• Indoor soccer or molded shoes required (NO metal cleats)
• Covered shin guards required
• Sports mouth guard highly recommended
• Athletic cup highly recommend for male players
• Matching team jerseys with numbers required

Refund Policy:
Fees and deposits are 100% REFUNDABLE until 10 days prior to start of league or if Bladium is unable to place team in a league. Fees and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE 10 days and closer to start of league.

Forfeit Policy:
Bladium would like to make sure that every team has a positive experience while playing here. If you feel like you can't field a team for a particular game, give us a call so that we can arrange for a reschedule if possible. With proper notice we are able to communicate to the other team so that they are aware of the situation and can plan their schedule accordingly.

Any teams forfeiting a game without giving at least 48 hour notice will be assessed a $50 fine. This fee will go directly to the Captain's Party Fund. This fee must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the team's next game. Failure to pay the fine will result in 5-0 loss for your next game.

Free Agents Welcome

If you want to play in a Bladium league but are not yet on a team, no problem! We can help you find a team or start your own.
NEW Player Fees & Registration:
• All you have to do is sign-up, we'll do the rest!
• Join any time before the 6th game of the season
• $80 for the entire season, pro-rated if you join after start of season
• Fees due in full at time of registration
• Player placement based on order in which registration fees are received
• Placement is not guaranteed; full refund if not placed
• Friends can be placed on same team, subject to availability
• Consider starting your own team; contact us about being a coach
