Les Mills Body Attack

BODYATTACK™ is a simple, high-intensity group exercise-to-music class that caters to all fitness levels. You’ll experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises. (60 minute class) Potential calorie burn: 730

Les Mills Body Combat

BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-contact, martial arts-based workout with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Supported by driving music and an instructor who models movements for you, you will strike, punch, and kick your way through calories to achieve superior cardio fitness. Each BODYCOMBAT™ class provides an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results. (60 minute class) Potential calorie burn: 545

Les Mills Body Jam

BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this energetic class. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance. (60 minute class) Potential calorie burn: 530

Les Mills RPM

RPM™ is an indoor cycling class where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music and control the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through 20-25 kilometers of hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. (45 minute class) Potential calorie burn: 620

Les Mills BodyStep

BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYSTEP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography. Potential calorie burn: 620

TurboKick

In this fierce but fun kickboxing class, you will develop new skills and a strong core as you burn a ton of calories. Kick, punch, dance, and challenge your body in this high intensity cardio party class. Easy-to-follow combinations of upper-body strikes, lower-body strikes, blocks and athletic drills are great for weight loss and sculpting. (60 minute class)

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.

 

Strength and Toning Classes

Les Mills Body Pump

BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights, good for just about anyone who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises, such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! (60 minute class) Potential calorie burn: 560

Les Mills CXworx

CXWORX™ is based on cutting-edge scientific research that combines the best of personal training with the energy of a group fitness class. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. Highly-trained instructors explain the science behind each exercise and challenge you to reach beyond your limits. (30 minute class) Potential calorie burn: 240

6 Pack Abs

A more traditional approach to abdominal training by using high repetition body weight exercises such as crunches, twists, and low back work.  The class is taught in layers from easy to difficult so that any participant can work at their own level.  The occasional use of stability ball exercises and mat Pilates are mixed in.  All exercises will target the abdominal and low back muscles to improve endurance, tone, and strength.  This class includes a warm up and stretch. (30 minute class)

Core Chisel

Take the ultimate challenge to completely sculpt the entire body with functional free weight training.  Work every muscle by using big weight lifting movements that burn massive calories, build great coordination, balance, and control. Top it off by fusing in cardio intervals to increase heart rate and improve cardio endurance.  This class will even build up agility and power, improve posture and CORE endurance, and tone legs, waist, arms, and hips. We use stability balls, dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and the step bench. (45 minute class)

 

Mind / Body Classes

Les Mills Body Flow

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. It’s your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life – a group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental well-being. (60 minute class) Potential calorie burn: 380

Anusara Yoga

Relax and invigorate the body and mind with poses, breathing techniques, and meditation to increase strength, flexibility, and focus. Anusara (a-nu-sar-a) means ’flowing with grace’, ’going with the flow’, ’following your heart’. Anusura Yoga is a unique, therapeutic style of Hatha Yoga in which the artistic expression of the human heart blends magically with the scientific principles of biomechanics. (60 minute class)

Iyengar Yoga

This traditional yoga system stresses precision, alignment and awareness of body mechanics in a variety of poses. Iyengar’s method is based on attention to the physical alignment of the body within each movement, using blocks and straps to enhance poses and increase flexibility, circulation, and strength.  Once balance is created in the body it will be reflected in the mind. (60 minute class)
