STRENGTH CLASSES

6 PACK ABS

A 30-minute core workout to chisel, strengthen, improve posture, and build endurance in the mid-section. All fitness levels welcome, modifications are given.

CHISEL

Weightlifting and cardio intervals to chisel your whole body! Using weights that will blast your heart rate into overdrive and knock out body fat. Sports inspired movement and modifications available. All levels welcome.

CXWORX

30-minute core format that hones in on the torso and sling muscles connecting your upper body to your lower body. Ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. All levels welcome.

BODYPUMP

A rapid fat burning class using barbells to tone and condition muscles! Verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class. BODYPUMP 45 is an express version of the program. All levels welcome.

GRIT: PLYO

Combining the principles of explosive plyometrics and power agility training, you’ll build a powerful, agile and athletic body. 30-minute workouts. Take these classes 1-2x a week for maximum results. Lower impact options available; not recommended for pregnant women.

GRIT: STRENGTH

Builds strength, increases metabolism after the workout, reduces fat, and develops lean muscle. 30-minute workouts. Take these classes 1-2x a week for maximum results. Lower impact options available; not recommended for pregnant women.

In a Strength Training class, members can expect to use a variety of different equipment, which will contribute to their workout where they will build strength, get lean and toned, and develop coordination and balance. Strength Training classes also contributes to improving bone density, promoting fat-free body mass, and increasing the strength of connective tissue, muscles and tendons.
