Incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques for a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why RPM is totally addictive. All levels welcome.

LES MILLS SPRINT

Quick and hard style of training, short bursts of intensity followed by short periods of active recovery. Get fast results with minimal impact on your joints. Burn calories for hours after a this workout.   Not recommended for pregnant women.

Cycling is a heart-pumping workout that takes you on a stationary but sweaty ride of your life. Enjoy the authentic experience of cycling indoors where you will improve your cardio health, build lean and defined legs, train your abs and core, and enhance your mental strenth.
