BODYATTACK

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. This sports-inspired workout builds stamina while increasing cardio endurance and coordination. All levels welcome.

BODYCOMBAT

A non-contact, martial arts-based workout with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Capoeira, Kickboxing, & Muay Thai. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door. All levels welcome.

BODYJAM

Enjoy the sensation of dance with this cardio workout! A fusion of the latest dance moves and the hottest sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat! All levels welcome.

CARDIO HIP-HOP

Loud music, deep bass, and hip-hop beats to make you sweat. Easy to follow dance patterns and total body conditioning. All levels welcome.

BOLLYX

Bollywood-inspired dance program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music around the world. A cardio workout cycles between higher & lower-intensity dance sequences to get moving. All levels welcome.

ZUMBA

An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party! Great for all levels; no dance experience required.

RPM

Incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques for a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why RPM is totally addictive. All levels welcome.

LES MILLS SPRINT

Quick and hard style of training, short bursts of intensity followed by short periods of active recovery. Get fast results with minimal impact on your joints. Burn calories for hours after a this workout.   Not recommended for pregnant women.

GRIT: CARDIO

Designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability, this explosive workout combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment. 30-minute workouts. Take these classes 1-2x a week for maximum results. Lower impact options available; not recommended for pregnant women.
