As a fitness routine, boxing is hot. Whether or not you ever want to compete, boxing training is awesome for strength, speed, cardio-vascular stamina, stress relief, and... self defense. Bladium’s boxing center offers an Olympic-sized ring, speed bags, and heavy bags, all bathed in lots of natural light.
